Aga kas oled kunagi kuulnud tsirkadiaanr\u00fctmidest, shinrin-yokust v\u00f5i maandamisest ja mida kasulikku nad meie organismile teevad? Matkavarustusetootja Fj\u00e4llr\u00e4ven saatis ekstreemspordifestivali Simple Sessioni korraldaja Risto Kalmre koos parima s\u00f5bra Aloga n\u00e4dalavahetuseks metsa matkale, et panna nende p\u00f5nevate nimedega loodusteraapia terminid p\u00e4riselt proovile.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Shinrin-yoku ehk metsak\u00fcmblus<\/h2>\n<p>Shinrin-yoku ehk metsak\u00fcmblus on 1980ndatel Jaapanist alguse saanud teadusp\u00f5hine teraapiavorm, mis viitab teadlikule aja veetmisele looduses. Uudse \u00f6koteraapia viis, mille eesm\u00e4rk oli viia jaapanlased paremasse \u00fchendusesse loodusega, v\u00f5eti Jaapanis kiiresti omaks. 1990ndate alguses, kui teadlased looduse f\u00fcsioloogilisi m\u00f5jusid p\u00f5hjalikumalt uurima hakkasid, saadi kinnitust, et looduses olemine m\u00f5jub h\u00e4sti nii vaimsele kui f\u00fc\u00fcsilisele tervisele. Nii ongi metsak\u00fcmblusest saanud Jaapani tervise \u00fcks nurgakive.<br \/>\nMetsak\u00fcmblusel on mitmeid positiivseid m\u00f5jusid. Looduses olemine v\u00e4hendab stressi, t\u00f5stab immuunsust, parandab s\u00fcdamet\u00f6\u00f6d ja \u00e4rgitab loovust. Metsak\u00fcmbluse praktiseerimiseks tuleks metsa minna v\u00e4hemalt kaheks tunniks, hoida telefon h\u00e4\u00e4letul re\u017eiimil v\u00f5i see sootuks v\u00e4lja l\u00fclitada. V\u00f5ta matkaks nii palju aega kui v\u00f5imalik ning kaasa tegevusse k\u00f5ik oma meeled.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Grounding ehk maandamine<\/h2>\n<p>Oleme harjunud, et mitmetel elektrilistel koduseadmetel on olemas maandus, aga kas teadsid, et ka inimese keha vajabigap\u00e4evast maandamist? Maandamine ehk maapinnaga otseses kokkupuutes olemine v\u00f5ib uuringute kohaselt aidata v\u00e4hendada p\u00f5letikku, leevendada stressi ning parandada verevarustust ja unekvaliteeti.<br \/>\nEhkki maandamine, inglise keeles ka grounding v\u00f5i earthing, v\u00f5ib esmapilgul tunduda keerulise kontseptsioonina, ei pea keha maandamiseks tegema midagi muud, kui varbad paljaks v\u00f5tma ning paljajalu muru peal k\u00f5ndima. Maandamiseks on ka teisi viise \u2013 keha maandab ennast j\u00e4rves v\u00f5i meres ujudes ning telgis magades.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Tsirkadiaanr\u00fctmide j\u00e4lgimine<\/h2>\n<p>Et m\u00f5ista, kuidas ja miks p\u00e4ikesevalgus meid nii suurel m\u00e4\u00e4ral m\u00f5jutab, j\u00f5uame tsirkadiaanr\u00fctmideni ehk inimese une-\u00e4rkveloleku ts\u00fcklini, mis s\u00f5ltuvalt inimesest on umbes 24 tundi. Nii nagu s\u00e4time oma igap\u00e4evatoimetusi kella j\u00e4rgi, on ka igal kehaorganil oma kell. K\u00f5ige t\u00e4htsam kell asub ajus, mida kontrolli ei miski muu kui p\u00e4ikesevalgus.<br \/>\nTeaduslikult on t\u00f5estatud, et hommikuse p\u00e4ikesevalguse p\u00fc\u00fcdmine l\u00e4bi silmaiirise on k\u00f5ige parem viis oma unets\u00fckli paika s\u00e4ttimiseks. Tund aega p\u00e4rast \u00e4rkamist mine 5 kuni 10 minutiks \u00f5ue jalutama, pilvise ilmaga ole \u00f5ues v\u00e4hemalt 20 minutit. \u00c4ra kasuta hommikusel jalutusk\u00e4igul p\u00e4ikeseprille, seda eriti talvel, kui p\u00e4ikest on niigi v\u00e4he. H\u00e4sti m\u00f5jub ka p\u00e4ikeseloojangu vaatamine. Matkal olles on seda k\u00f5ige lihtsam teha, sest viibid enamuse ajast niikuinii \u00f5ues loomuliku p\u00e4ikesevalguse k\u00e4es.<\/p>\n<h2>4. K\u00fclmateraapia ehk talisuplus<\/h2>\n<p>K\u00fclmateraapiast ehk talisuplusest on saanud eestlaste rahvussport ja seda p\u00f5hjusega \u2013 k\u00fclmas vees karastamine tugevdab ka mitmete uuringute kohaselt immuuns\u00fcsteemi, t\u00f5stab tuju, parandab keskendumisv\u00f5imet ning soodustab rasvap\u00f5letust.<br \/>\nK\u00fclma vette minnes keskendu teadlikult oma hingamisele. Kuna tegemist on stressiolukorraga, kipub keha automaatselt \u00f5hku ahmima, mis v\u00f5ib esile kutsuda paanikat. Rahu s\u00e4ilitamiseks hoia vees olles sisse- ja v\u00e4ljahingamised v\u00f5imalikult pikad ja aeglased. Aeglane hingamine aktiveerib paras\u00fcmpaatilise osa n\u00e4rvis\u00fcsteemist, mis tavaolukorras hakkab t\u00f6\u00f6le puhkeseisundis ning aitab sul stressiolukorras j\u00e4\u00e4da rahulikuks ning talisuplusest ka p\u00e4riselt m\u00f5nu tunda.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Looduses liikumine<\/h2>\n<p>Eesti inimesed liiguvad looduses selgelt liiga v\u00e4he. Eriti murettekitav on probleem just laste ja noorte seas, kelle liikumisharjumused on v\u00e4henenud \u00f5ues oleku arvelt ning asendunud meelalahutusliku ekraaniajaga. Tartu \u00dclikooli terviseteadlaste paari aasta taguse uuringu kohaselt liiguvad Eesti lapsed vabatahtlikult p\u00e4eva jooksul v\u00e4rskes \u00f5hus v\u00e4hem kui vangid vanglas ehk n\u00e4dalas keskmiselt vaid neli tundi.<\/p>\n<p>Ometi parandab metsas ja looduses liikumine enesetunnet, v\u00e4hendab stressi ja \u00e4rgitab loovust, m\u00f5judes s\u00f5ltumata vanusest ja soost h\u00e4sti nii f\u00fc\u00fcsilisele kui vaimsele tervisele. Mitmete \u00fcleilmsete uuringutele tuginedes kirjutavad arstid Kanadas \u00e4revuse v\u00f5i stressi all kannatavatele inimestele v\u00e4lja rahvusparkide passe, et inimesed rohkem looduses ringi liiguksid.
